- Manage and develop existing seller accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
- Generate new leads and drive new business development initiatives to expand our customer base.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, addressing their queries and providing timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize products, promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competition, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to the management team.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to sellers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales and secure profitable deals.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address seller concerns and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to maintain accurate sales records.
