Engaging the Target Market to Generate Leads.
Consistent Follow-up and Inquiry Management to Generate Conversions.
Maintaining Strong Relations with Clients.
Generating Timely Reports for Engagement and Conversions.

WORK CONDITIONS:
Limited Office-Based Work. High Field Mobility Required for Corporate and SME Meetings.

Business Development:
Planning innovative sales strategy to achieve established targets; effective time management to align sales efforts with sales targets; mentoring and quality management; ability to handle entire accounts.

Ownership and Commitment:
Able to see the larger picture, willing to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives.

Meticulous:
Candidate must have strong attention to detail in planning and communication.

Job Specification

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Minimum (Network Solutions).
2 Years Experience in Sales.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Sales Skills.
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills; Ability to engage and influence a client; Effective in handling rebuttals and objections; Ability to think on feet.

JOB SUMMARY:
Developing and implementing B2B sales Strategy, Market Mapping and Analytics of the National Market, Direct Consumer Engagements.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Lead Generation.
Lead Conversions.
Key Account Management.
Reporting.

Problem Solving Ability:
Candidate must be able to troubleshoot problems in designs and make them acceptable to the client; must have a good eye for font style and line placement to create a highly balanced design that works for the client.
