Human Resource Executive | Technical & Non-Technical Recruiter | Talent AcquisitionThe IT Support role involves managing and troubleshooting IT systems, focusing on Mikrotik devices, MacOS installations, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols. The ideal candidate should have advanced technical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MacOS installations and configurations.
- Manage and maintain Mikrotik devices to ensure optimal network performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls and VPNs to maintain secure and reliable connectivity.
- Monitor and manage network protocols, addressing connectivity and system performance issues.
- Respond promptly to IT support requests, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement solutions and infrastructure improvements.
- Document IT processes and maintain records of configurations, issues, and resolutions.
- Support and guide junior IT staff as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Expertise in Mikrotik devices and networking.
- Proficiency in MacOS installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with firewall and VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
