• Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods. Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and responsible for the security of the warehouse and stocks.
• Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock, such as chilled goods or fragile product.
• Ensure productivity targets are met in cost-effective manners.
• Manage teams of workers and deal with personnel issues such as recruitment, training, and discipline of staff. Maintain inventory accuracy as per policy.
• E2E Finished Good Operations: Ensure End to End Process of Finished Goods Warehouse is followed as per policies, including pallet placement on racks, RF gun posting, timely receipt of finished goods, disposal of rejects, and dispatches to branches and customers.
• E2E Raw Material Operations: Supervise RM warehouse activities, receiving/issuance, QA sampling, safe handling of control substances, and maintain inventory records with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• E2E Packaging Material Operations: Plan and manage packaging materials from external warehouse to Production, ensure labeling and palletization, and conduct cycle counts with variance reconciliation.
• E2E Non-Trade Warehouse Operations: Maintain engineering inventory, issue production consumables, coordinate with engineering and procurement, and manage CMMS postings and SOP updates.
• E2E Kotri Warehouse (External): Oversee inbound/outbound packaging, cycle counts, 3rd party service billing, and pallet capacity utilization.
• QMS / Compliance / Audits: Conduct warehouse audits, support DI initiatives, manage deviations and CAPAs, and maintain food safety and quality standards (FSSC 22000).
• EHS: Act as area EHS risk assessor, ensure equipment safety and training, and maintain safe warehouse operations.
• Others: Ensure policy compliance, space optimization, regulatory adherence, budget management, stakeholder liaison, staff development, timely transportation/logistics, and overall compliance with GMP, quality, and Haleon guidelines.

• Master or Equivalent / Pharm-D
• Warehousing & Logistics
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a warehouse manager
