Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales of technical products. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Engage with existing and potential customers to drive sales and promote company offerings.

Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and their applications.

Client Communication: Effectively communicate technical details and solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs. Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges during the sales process. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to provide tailored product recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
  • Experience in Technical Support and Communication
  • Sales skills with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
