We are actively looking to onboard a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in propelling our business to unprecedented heights. Joining as a Sales Agent at Novacolor Pakistan, you will be instrumental in expanding our clientele and introducing the impactful influence of color to businesses throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with diverse clientele, fostering relationships and pursuing new sales prospects across multiple channels.
  2. Provide comprehensive product information, conduct demos, and expertly manage customer inquiries and issues.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize effectively and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' developments to refine sales techniques.
  5. Regularly compile and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts.
  6. Continuously enhance product knowledge for maximum sales efficacy.
  7. Nurture relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring robust engagement.
  8. Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in resolving customer issues, contributing to a seamless sales process.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the paint industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Good stability.
  4. Good communication skills.
