Role Description

  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities. deliverables
  • Track task progress and update project trackers (e.g., in Excel sharepoint)
  • Attend team meetings and record action items, decisions, and next steps
  • Help prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Communicate with teams
  • Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines with team members

Support risk and issue tracking logs and status reports

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in coordinating projects in the technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 Years of Projects Coordinator Experience
