  4. Customer Service:
    Empathy and patience when interacting with customers.
    Quick and effective problem-solving skills.
  5. Adaptability:
    Ability to adjust approaches based on different customers and situations.
    Staying calm and professional under pressure.
  6. Time Management:
    Prioritizing leads and managing schedules efficiently.
    Following up on prospects consistently.
