Job Description

We are seeking a Tourism Specialist to create and promote tourism packages for corporate and retail customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing tour packages both domestically and internationally, including determining clients' requirements for travel, accommodation, and special interests.

They will also suggest itineraries based on available travel routes, costs, and convenience of transport, make and confirm travel and accommodation reservations, and inform clients of travel connections and hotels.

The Tourism Specialist will collect payments and issue clients' itineraries, relevant documentation, tickets for travel, and vouchers for accommodation, as well as provide information on tourist attractions and tour availability.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to answer inquiries from tourists and corporate clients.

They should also be familiar with basic tariff and ticketing systems, and have hands-on experience with Galileo and Sabre reservation systems.
