Customer Support Representative D2C Environment (Health or Wellness)

We're hiring a Customer Support Representative on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding telehealth company dedicated to revolutionizing access to personalized wellness solutions. Their mission is to make healthcare more accessible, affordable, and stigma-free—offering discreet GLP-1 treatments and ongoing patient support throughout the wellness journey.

Position Overview

We're seeking a reliable, empathetic, and tech-savvy Customer Support professional with experience in D2C health, wellness, or telehealth brands. You will be the first point of contact, providing compassionate, solution-oriented support to patients via chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot issues related to prescriptions, orders, billing, or portal access
  • Escalate complex or medical concerns to internal clinical or pharmacy teams
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and internal FAQs
  • Ensure all communications follow brand tone and guidelines
  • Log interactions accurately using CRM/helpdesk tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and pharmacy teams
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of customer support experience in a D2C environment
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth is a strong plus
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work during US business hours (EST or PST)
  • Proficiency with tools like Intercom, Gorgias, or GoHighLevel
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup setting
  • Bonus: experience in pharmacy workflows or HIPAA-compliant support
