At UDS Freights, we specialize in simplifying logistics by connecting reliable carriers with shippers across the U.S. As a growing freight brokerage company, we're expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, persuasive, and goal-driven individuals who can thrive in a cold-calling sales environment.

  • Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based businesses to onboard potential shippers
  • Pitch UDS Freights' services clearly and confidently
  • Build strong rapport with prospects and maintain CRM records
  • Follow up with warm leads and maintain communication pipelines
  • Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure successful onboarding
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months of cold calling or telesales experience
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to handle rejections and objections professionally
  • Comfortable working night shift (7 PM to 4 AM, PKT)
  • Freight brokerage/logistics knowledge is a strong plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based businesses to onboard potential shippers

Requirements:
