Job Title: Cold Calling Team Lead

We are seeking a results-driven and charismatic Cold Calling Team Lead to lead, train, and manage a team of cold-calling agents. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or outbound sales environment.

This role is perfect for someone who's not only confident in cold calling but also eager to lead a team, drive performance, and optimize outbound strategies for better conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cold-calling agents to meet performance targets
  • Making outbound calls to generate high-quality leads
  • Coach and mentor team members on scripts, sales tactics, and communication techniques
  • Set, track, and report on KPIs including call volume, lead quality, and conversions
  • Qualify leads and pass them to sales or close directly
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year in a call center or outbound sales environment
  • Leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Strong background in outbound sales, lead generation, and campaign management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and call tracking tools
