Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives, ensuring maximum revenue generation and market penetration in the Islamabad region.

Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Sales forecasting and planning: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to forecast sales projections and develop effective sales plans and budgets for the Islamabad region.

Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Punjab region, including establishing partnerships, expanding client base, and exploring untapped market segments.

Market research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential threats, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Staying up-to-date on new technologies and products.

WHAT WE NEED

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)

We need fresh graduate and no specific experience is required.

Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies, with the ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with the capability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
