Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for CSR/Verifiers/Sales Closers. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, verifying information, and closing sales. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and consistently meeting performance targets.
Qualifications- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service experience
- Skills in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets
- Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
