We're looking for a dynamic and detail-focused UI/UX Designer & Frontend QA Specialist. This role includes creating modern, user-centric designs, guiding developers with best practices for implementation, and performing thorough QA testing to ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design website and application interfaces in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with user experience best practices in mind.
  2. Work closely with frontend developers to translate design mockups into code, advising on tools like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, CSS Grid, or Flexbox.
  3. Create responsive and interactive prototypes, and provide detailed design handoffs using Zeplin, Figma Inspect, or similar.
  4. Recommend frontend libraries or UI frameworks that align with the design intent and performance goals.
  5. Perform UX/UI audits and usability testing to identify friction points and propose design improvements.
  6. Document UI behavior, animations, spacing, and interactions using Design Tokens, Style Guides, or Component Libraries.
  7. Log bugs and enhancements using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana, and follow up with development teams to ensure resolution.
Preferred Tools & Skills:
  • Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Frontend Understanding: HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Sass, JavaScript basics
  • Prototyping & Handoff: Figma, Zeplin, InVision
  • Testing: Responsively App, Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, Hotjar
  • Collaboration & Task Management: Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of component-based design (e.g., React components), accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design with front end implementation exposure
  • Strong eye for detail and consistency
  • Solid communication skills to act as the bridge between creative and technical teams
