Main Responsibilities

Ensure secondary SKU-wise volume achievement against targets to enhance market share.

Rationalize discounts and use promotions intelligently to achieve the company's net sales revenue.

Create new outlets and retain existing ones based on target and area potential to increase numeric and weighted distribution.

Ensure all data in sales information systems is accurate and conduct regular audits.

Analyze SFE KPIs and modify area routes or adjust frequencies to improve green KPIs for presellers.

Complete daily planned calls, spend sufficient time in the market, and coach presellers on the 10-step call process.

Discuss execution scores with presellers daily, highlight gaps, and ensure in-outlet execution aligns with PicOS & RED criteria and marketing initiatives.

Monitor competitor activity in the assigned area and suggest counter-strategies.

Supervise the proper deployment and utilization of company assets like coolers, signage, and activation materials.

Manage in-outlet investments, balancing discounts, DME, assets, and activation.

Monitor equipment efficiency, increase cooler throughput, and reduce nonproductive coolers.

Make efforts to recover missing or disputed coolers as per company procedures.
