We are looking for a capable and efficient office assistant to support the smooth and professional operation at workpod.pk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, maintaining organized records, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring efficient office workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, members, and staff.
  • Manage telephone, email, and front-desk communication.
  • Maintain and update member records and general office documentation.
  • Coordinate members' schedules, availability, and community logistics.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and internal correspondence.
  • Handle procurement and inventory of office and training supplies.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and manage calendars.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of administrative procedures and policies.
  • Proficiency in executive support and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant administrative experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support (experience in an educational or training institution is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional conduct and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Workpod requires a local market expert with at least two years of direct sales experience.
  • Toughness and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Rapid learner and ready to advance in the field.
  • Strong data analysis abilities and a desire to report sales and market trends.
  • Quantitative skills to boost sales and analyze internal partners.
  • Bachelor of Business or similar degree.
