
Customer Integration Specialist

Customer Integration Specialist is responsible for providing technical integration and services support to NIQ GfK customers. This role involves developing and delivering professional services product content delivery scripts and exports to NIQ GfK's global customer base. The specialist manages the creation, updating, and maintenance of NIQ GfK customer online help documentation. Operationally, this role supports the customer success and commercial teams by creating reports, queries, and analysis of catalog data.
Note: This is a Pakistan night shift position.
Responsibilities- Accompany the commercial team to customer demos and calls, advise, and participate in technical discussions regarding functionality, features, connectivity, development, and testing efforts.
- Provide technical product catalog integration support via email, chat, and calls.
- Support fellow customer success team members in automating technical tasks and processes.
- Generate and run basic reports for catalogs for customers and North American sales representatives.
- Develop and deliver professional services product content delivery scripts and exports for existing and prospective customers.
- Manage customer delivery projects with some assistance from a lead or manager.
- Collaborate with the development team on customer-reported bugs and issues, ensuring they are addressed.
- Assist the manager in creating service SOWs based on customer requirements.
- Moderate knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, or MySQL.
- Moderate understanding of at least one scripting language, e.g., JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- Experience working with at least one database management system.
- At least 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent, working at GfK Etilize or outside GfK Etilize.
