Production - Coordinate and oversee production, warehousing, pricing, and distribution; monitor performance and implement improvements; ensure product quality; manage employee productivity; oversee maintenance of equipment and machinery; and provide technical support as necessary.

Communication - Oversee and improve support services such as IT, HR, Accounts, and Finance; facilitate effective communication among support functions.

Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service - Manage customer support; plan and support sales and marketing initiatives.

Strategic Input - Collaborate with top management; assist in developing strategic operational plans; implement and oversee these plans.
