Job Description:

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduation (BA/BSc/B.Com) having 05 years of experience in a relevant field.

- Master with having 03 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Performing duties as Secretary to Dean

- Provide administrative support

- Manage and supervise office operations and procedures.

- Prepare, format, and meticulously proofread various documents, including correspondence and reports.

- Respond to emails, letters, and phone calls promptly and professionally.

- Manage/organize appointments, meetings, travel arrangement and calendars for executive or team members

- Answering and directing phone calls promptly and efficiently

- Coordinate with departments

- Handle requests and queries appropriately

- Make reports, presentations and briefs as required

- Develop and maintain an efficient office filing system

- Reminding important tasks and deadlines

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Professionalism, Organizational and Time Management Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Attention to Detail.

Training/Certification:

- MS Office Certified

Terms & Conditions:

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.

- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.

- In process of pursuing a required degree.

- Medically unfit.

- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
