To ensure firm quality production of the flows. To conduct meetings with team members on quality & production trends on a daily basis. To forward data to Divisional Head & respective departmental personnel.

Data Analysis

To have analysis on a daily basis to check the following:

  1. Check and observe the performance of supervisory staff.
  2. Observe alteration of the line.
  3. Observe machine preventive and corrective action measures.
  4. Observe and follow outcomes of daily inline and batch audit results.
  5. Observe external inline or otherwise audit reports.
  6. Daily meeting with seniors on line figures and trends.
  7. Observe production status of the line keeping in view induction, offline, work-in-process, finishing and packing of the day & target.
Job Specification

In case of New Style in line:

  1. To make available all necessary resources which are needed in to new Style with respect to machines / foots / gauges / folders & other necessary information with respect to quality specifications.
  2. Keeping maximum machines utilization to increase productivity.
  3. Making identical flows in each of the line.
  4. Maintaining firm implementation of Product Safety Protocols & policies.
