Production Team Lead

As a Production Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, tracking performance, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all staff members to meet daily targets and objectives.
  • Generate weekly production reports highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to optimize production efficiency.
  • Recruit skilled workers as necessary to fill staffing gaps and support the team's goals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in a garment/clothing production supervisory role with a strong network of industry connections. Familiarity with production tracking tools is highly beneficial.
