We're looking for an Assistant Manager PPC to manage and optimize the production operations, ensuring timely execution, quality output, and smooth coordination with factory team. Responsibilities

  • Monitor Plan vs. Actual production performance daily/weekly.
  • Track Work-in-Progress (WIP) across cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, and packing stages.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management.
  • Assist in raw material & trims planning in coordination with procurement.
  • Maintain ERP/MIS records and ensure accurate production data entry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Supply chain management, Business administration with operations in major.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Production planning and control preferably in a garment export house or fashion retail brand
  • Strong understanding of PPC techniques and factory operations.
  • Familiarity with MS office suit and ERP software
  • Ability to Analyze reports and design models/data sheets.
  • Clear communication & reporting skills (daily production reports, plan vs. actual).
  • Team collaboration & follow-up discipline.
