About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage the end-to-end execution of mobile application development projects. You will be responsible for coordinating sprints, supporting QA updates, planning feature rollouts, and ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and ClickUp, a strong understanding of mobile app development life cycles, and a proactive approach to resource planning and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
  • Coordinate the mobile app development lifecycle from concept through store deployment
  • Organize daily tasks, sprint planning, and issue tracking using Jira, Trello, and ClickUp
  • Ensure timely delivery of features, patches, and application updates
QA & Testing Coordination
  • Collaborate with QA to monitor test coverage, identify issues, and ensure stable releases
  • Manage staging environments and testing cycles for pre-launch validation
  • Track performance metrics and user feedback to support post-launch improvements
Release & Version Planning
  • Assist in managing app release schedules across distribution platforms
  • Document changelogs, release notes, and version history
  • Ensure adherence to platform policies and versioning standards
Team & Work Planning
  • Support forecasting of resource needs and team capacity planning
  • Maintain an up-to-date roadmap for product enhancements and updates
  • Facilitate retrospectives and process improvements across workflows
Required Tools & Knowledge
  • Jira – Backlog grooming, sprint tracking, task management
  • Trello – Visual project tracking and team collaboration
  • ClickUp – Planning, documentation, and workload tracking
  • QA Tools – Exposure to test management and crash analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Crashlytics)
  • Communication – Proficiency in using Google Workspace for documentation and coordination
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience managing mobile application projects (Android/iOS)
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional coordination among QA, Dev, and Product teams
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and documentation skills
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities
Preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices
  • Knowledge of app store policies, release cycles, and submission processes
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (a plus, not mandatory)
