Responsible for operations, maintenance, audits and projects execution of CDDT H-9 Datacenter

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Maintain a cost-to-performance ratio within predefined benchmarks. Regular cost analysis and optimization reviews. Implementation of resource scaling and rightsizing strategies.
  • Respond to and resolve critical incidents within defined timeframes. Implementation of high-availability architecture and redundancy measures. Continuous monitoring and proactive incident management processes. - Regular disaster recovery drills and failover testing.
  • Achieve project milestones within specified deadlines. Clear project goals, task allocation, and regular progress tracking. Ongoing performance reviews and career development discussions. Training and skill enhancement programs for team members.
  • Contribute to the successful adoption of innovative technologies. Encouragement of cross-functional collaboration for innovation. Implementation of best practices and benchmarking with industry-proven security solution implementation approaches and practices. - Regular assessment of emerging technologies and their potential impact.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Graduation in Electrical Engineering
  • Certifications: PMP, CDCS, CTDC

Competencies:

  • Data Center Infrastructure Management: In-depth knowledge of managing Data Centre, including Designing, Implementation and Operations.
  • Incident Response and Recovery: Proficiency in developing and executing incident response plans, disaster recovery.
  • Infrastructure Management: Expertise in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Data Center infrastructure components to ensure seamless operations.
