Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base in the medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue cycle management (RCM).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical billing & RCM sector
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Present and promote medical billing services to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in medical billing or healthcare BPO)
- Strong understanding of medical billing, RCM, and healthcare industry regulations (Preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Location: I-8/4
Timing: 7 PM to 4 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: 35k to 40k (Depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission
