Position Overview:

As aCustomerLead Generation Officer, you will be the frontline of our sales pipeline, specializing incold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leadsfor our B2B clients. Your role is pivotal in converting prospects into opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients through databases and industry directories.
  • Execute100+ cold calls dailyto initiate conversations and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Lead Qualification:

  • Assess prospects' needs, budget, and decision-making authority usingBANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)framework.
  • Maintain accurate lead scoring in the CRM.

CRM & Data Management:

  • Update and manage leads inZOHO/Salesforce/HubSpotwith real-time notes and follow-ups.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategies with campaigns.

Market Intelligence:

  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine targeting strategies.

Reporting:

  • Provide weekly reports on KPIs: call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:1–3 years incold calling, lead generation, or B2B sales(FMCG industry preferred).
  • Education:Bachelor's in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Skills:

  • ExceptionalEnglish communication(verbal/written) and persuasive pitching.
  • Resilience in handling rejections and objections.
  • Proficiency inCRM tools(ZOHO, HubSpot) andMS Office.
  • Experience with Western markets/clients (a plus).
