Job Title: Customer Experience Resolution Lead
Overview
The role of the Customer Experience Resolution Lead is to oversee and manage ongoing cases, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This involves advising on process improvements, maintaining data, and generating reports to identify trends.

Main Responsibilities
* Review and oversee ongoing cases with your team to ensure timely resolutions.
* Develop and implement complaint processes that create a streamlined customer experience.
* Oversee and manage tasks within your team with clear expectations daily, weekly, and monthly.
* Drive team performance and motivate through continuous coaching, training, and mentoring.
* Collaborate with teams across the business to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Requirements
* 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent understanding of complaint handling procedures.
* Ability to embed internal strategies to minimize complaint handling time.
* Strong analytical and Excel skills.
* Self-motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills.

Work Environment
* Work from an office environment.
* Regular working hours are between 10am-7pm.
