Role Description:

I am seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Consultants to join my team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling properties to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate or Address Provided Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, such as online marketing, networking events, and referrals.

2. Conduct Property Viewings: Accompany clients to property viewings, provide detailed information about the properties, and address any questions or concerns.

3. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.

4. Negotiate Sales: Negotiate sales prices and terms with clients, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the agreement.

5. Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the team's overall sales performance.

6. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and changes in the real estate industry.

7. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the sales process and the property purchased.

Requirements:

2. Sales and Marketing Skills: Excellent sales, marketing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

3. Knowledge of the Real Estate Market: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends, prices, and regulations.

4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

5. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

6. Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Relevant Qualifications: Relevant qualification in real estate with a Bachelor's degree will be preferable.
