Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Section Manager located in the Karachi Division. The Section Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their assigned section, managing staff, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, implementing company policies and procedures, and driving sales performance. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, tracking performance metrics, providing customer service, and contributing to strategic planning and organizational development.

  • Experience in retail management, sales strategies, and customer service
  • Team management and staff supervision skills
  • Operational skills including inventory management and quality control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive performance
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in large-scale retail operations is a plus
