Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Design)

General Responsibilities
1. CAD drawing in accordance with Design of parts & Tooling , Jigs ,Fixtures and Design work pertaining to local development of tooling and tooling spares and parts/components/equipment as and where required by Maintenance, Production & Planning and Quality Control.etc.
2. Preparing prints of drawings.
3. Issuance of drawing on request to concern section / Dept.
4. Record keeping of drawings, design aided data / technical information.
5. Assign areas and responsibilities to sub-ordinate, monitor their performance and provide guide lines where necessary.
6. Clarify department objectives and their relationship with the overall company's objective and convey the same to the sub-ordinates.
7. Promote constructive discipline and working harmony in the department.
8. Communicate management instruction / policies to the staff under him.
9. Ensure compliance of safety /Environment rules by all concerned in his department.
10. Maintain liaison with other Department / Section for smooth and efficient working of the Company.
11. To impart training to personnel in his Department / Section.
12. Perform any other functions as assigned to him by his superior.

Job Specification

Should be Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 5 years of experience with sound & manufacturing of engineering and auto parts. Knowledge in design, development of Dies, Tools, Jigs, Fixtures.
