We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Loss Prevention Manager to lead and oversee our surveillance and security monitoring operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing CCTV teams, remote surveillance systems, and providing real-time monitoring services for US-based retail or commercial locations. Strong English communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of CCTV operators and surveillance staff.
  • Oversee daily surveillance operations, ensuring effective monitoring of US-based stores and properties.
  • Ensure timely detection and escalation of security incidents, threats, or suspicious activity.
  • Provide operational oversight for remote surveillance systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for surveillance workflows and emergency response.
  • Coordinate with U.S. clients and internal stakeholders to align monitoring services with client requirements.
  • Review and analyze incident reports, video footage, and system logs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor staff performance, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to monitoring equipment and software.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or security/surveillance management.
  • Proven experience in providing remote surveillance services, preferably for US-based operations.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, video analytics, and surveillance software.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and client interactions.
  • Ability to analyze incidents and develop data-driven operational improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift to support U.S. time zones.
