Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant job opportunities, writing compelling proposals, and securing projects for our company in the fields of web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Search for relevant jobs on Upwork and other freelance platforms.

Write custom, well-structured proposals to potential clients.

Communicate with clients, respond to messages, and follow up on leads.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team when needed.

Maintain a daily record of bids submitted and their statuses.

Meet weekly and monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Job Specification:

Requirements:

Experience with bidding on platforms like Upwork (minimum 6 months preferred).

Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Understanding of IT services including web/app development and design.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.

Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
