Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore District for a Senior Business Development Executive. The executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and developing accounts. Daily tasks include communicating with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions. The role involves maintaining and nurturing client relationships, creating strategic business plans, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in New Business Development and B2B Lead Generation across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and industry-specific forums
  • Proficient in crafting and executing targeted Email Campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture client relationships
  • Strong background in Account Management , Proposal Writing , and Tailored Outreach strategies to secure high-value clients
  • Skilled in identifying client pain points and presenting custom software development solutions that align with their goals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills , both written and verbal, for remote client interactions and pitch presentations
  • Experience working in a software development environment , enabling effective collaboration between technical and business teams
  • Adept at building and managing strategic business plans focused on scaling recurring revenue and client retention
  • Comfortable working in team-oriented , agile settings, collaborating closely with project managers, developers, and marketers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience)
