About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, predictable, high-quality, and high-performance solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Essential Functions

• You will be responsible for analysis, design, building, and configuration of D365 FO custom functionality to meet business process and application requirements.
• Your work will involve development, support, maintenance, and implementation of complex project modules.
• You will create technical design documents and other technical deliverables per project processes.
• You will collaborate with the project's architect and/or integration analyst to understand design considerations, review designs, and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices.
• Besides development, you will provide technical support in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and code modifications for post-go-live enhancements.
• You will work independently on your deliverables, completing them on time.
• You will support team members by sharing best practices, clarifications, and knowledge via blogs.
• You will communicate regularly with your project team, sharing updates, blockers, and support needs.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of hands-on development in Finance and Operations platform (Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 FO), with at least 1.5 years in Dynamics 365 FO.
• In-depth knowledge of X++ programming.
• Experience developing and updating SSRS reports and Forms.
• Knowledge of extension methodologies and customizing D365 FO modules.
• Experience with installation and configuration of Finance and Operation modules and add-ons.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle within the D365 environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

• Experience with application integration framework (DIXF and DMF).
• Experience building and deploying D365 packages using Dynamics Retail SDK.
• Experience building and consuming Data Entities (OData).
• Experience with integrations/data migrations involving legacy systems, web services, and extensions.
• Understanding industry best practices on enterprise integration patterns, B2B, and B2C.
• Possession of Dynamics 365 FO Certifications.
