We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant. This role offers a unique opportunity to embark on a rewarding career journey in the field of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.

Job Summary:

As a Trainee Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant, you will be responsible for participating in comprehensive training programs focused on ERP consulting, including its modules, features, best practices, and consulting services. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with experienced consultants, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O projects.

  • Training and Development: Participate in structured training programs to develop skills in ERP systems, business processes, and technology.
  • Client Interaction: Shadow senior consultants during client meetings, gather requirements, and understand client needs.
  • Configuration and Customization: Assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O based on client requirements, including data migration and system integration tasks.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with project teams to conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the system meets client expectations.
  • Documentation: Assist in documenting system configurations, user guides, and project documentation.
  • Problem Solving: Work with project teams to identify and resolve issues and challenges that arise during implementation.
  • Client Support: Provide client support during the post-implementation phase, helping with user training and addressing minor issues.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (preferably CA & ACCA), BS Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic project environment.

This role offers a comprehensive training and development plan, including mentorship by experienced consultants, access to online resources, and opportunities to gain relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-fledged Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant role within the organization, taking on more projects and responsibilities.
