Hurak is a leading EdTech company that provides online and classroom-based compliance training in the UK. We have been in the industry for more than 12 years and we are expanding our business to become a global brand. For that, we are currently looking for a Junior TA Executive .

Position Title: Junior TA Executive

Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM

Job Type: Onsite

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring proper documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Assist in processing payroll and maintaining time and attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documents as needed.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in English skills, both writing and verbal
  • 6 months or 1 year of experience, Fresher's can also apply.
