Position: Executive Revenue Assurance

Location: Islamabad

Reporting to: Sr. Manager Revenue Assurance

Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

Responsible for financial domain of revenue assurance function which includes but not limited to, financial analysis to determine trends, anomalies and calculate the potential revenue losses. Implement revenue assurance processes and policies with regards to minimizing revenue leakages with focus on performing key reconciliations. Revenue trend analysis and forecasting. Design and develop revenue assurance controls on various revenue streams as per the guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Revenue forecasting and trending and maintain accuracy as per defined threshold.
  • Verification of channel commissions and other promos.
  • Perform Month-end revenue booking via verification of DWH reports in terms of completeness, accuracy and integrity. and post revenue booking analysis to ensure end-to-end process assurance.
  • Conduct financial analysis as per requirement of management and present the outcomes.
  • Reconciliation of manual invoices pertaining to retail and corporate domains.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Finance degree preferably in ACCA (qualified or partially qualified) or CA discipline

Work Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the field of assurance, audit or finance.

Skills – Generic:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with strict timelines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of cross functional team.
  • Should possess an eye to identify the unknown.
  • Result orientated individual with proven track record.
  • Good presentation skills.

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Good understanding of IFRS and other financial standards, well versed with their implementation in telecom environment.
  • Hands on experience of different financial analysis techniques and telecom revenue cycle.
  • Should be familiar with telecom financial processes and polices.
  • Should be familiar with financial risk assessment techniques.
  • Good understanding of margin assurance and financial assurance.
