We are a dynamic organization that deals in industrial machinery, driven by innovation and dedicated to achieving exceptional success in our industry. As a rapidly expanding company, we're looking for Sales Manager who is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role includes setting sales goals, developing strategic plans, mentoring team members and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the sales process. The Sales Manager works closely with marketing, product teams and senior management to align sales strategies with the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify new markets, potential clients, and partnership opportunities to expand the company's reach and increase revenue.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods such as networking, cold calling, attending industry events and using digital tools. Convert prospects into clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market changes. Analyze data to identify new opportunities and improve business strategies.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and contracts to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close deals that align with business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as technical, sales and product development to ensure business strategies align with company goals and customer needs.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on the success of business development activities and provide regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
·Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the company's strategic business plans and goals.
Requirements:- Education: A bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, Sales or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a sales manager role.
