Site Manager - Construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant

We are hiring a Site Manager with a strong background in large-scale international infrastructure projects to lead the construction of a landmark wastewater project in Faisalabad, Pakistan, delivering sustainable infrastructure with global impact.

Munck is leading the construction of a large-scale wastewater treatment plant in Faisalabad. The project supports improved wastewater management and contributes to reduced pollution and sustainable infrastructure development in the region. The scope includes a modern Wastewater Treatment Plant based on Trickling Filters technology, including: major earth and concrete works, a 3 km inlet pipeline, several technical buildings, all MEP installations, and a landfill area. The full civil and MEP works are expected to be completed over approximately three years.

Your Role

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the construction works, reporting to the Project Director.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities, including large-scale concrete and pipe works.
  • Ensure delivery according to contract specifications, design, quality standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and project schedule.
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth and safe project execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in civil engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in managing complex international projects; preference for water/wastewater projects.
  • Previous involvement in large infrastructure or water sector projects is a strong asset.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
