Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, BOQs, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely execution of works.
  • Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and update project management on status.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in verifying quantities, materials, and cost control at site.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to workers and contractors.
  • Support project managers in ensuring timely project delivery.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's in civil engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in housing societies, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
