Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Lahore. The specialist must have at least 4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, and lead generation, particularly in the technology or software development industry. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The role also involves presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients, developing strategic sales plans, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition
  • Proven track record in generating qualified leads and closing deals
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and uncover growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of B2B tech sales, software solutions, and digital transformation services
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building lasting client relationships
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
