Kickstart is Pakistan's largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, start-ups, and freelancers. We have 15 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600+ members using our spaces daily.

We are seeking a proactive and responsibleNight Supervisorto oversee night-time operations across all Kickstart locations. The ideal candidate will ensure service consistency, supervise staff, and maintain a high standard of operational efficiency during night shifts. This role involves regular night-time travel between locations for monitoring and support.

Experience Required:3–4 years in hospitality, facilities management, or administrative operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all night operations across multiple Kickstart sites to ensure smooth functioning and member satisfaction.
  • Supervise and support the Non Managerial Staff (NMS), providing guidance and oversight during night shifts.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of member concerns or issues, offering professional and proactive solutions.
  • Conduct routine night visits to all operational locations to assess service delivery and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers to maintain alignment on service standards and operational expectations.
  • Identify and report operational issues, coordinating with relevant departments (maintenance, housekeeping, security, etc.) for timely resolution.
  • Maintain working knowledge of basic technical systems and facility maintenance processes to troubleshoot issues during the night.
  • Prepare and share night shift reports highlighting key updates, incidents, and follow-up actions.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to travel across various Kickstart locations during the night.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
