You will work directly under Shahzad's supervision, focusing on:

  • Discovering all things good about copywriting and becoming a better version of yourself
  • Working on new client acquisition channels that transform you into a sales machine
  • Collaborating with Pakistan's top talent pool of copywriters
  • Gaining access to an experienced copywriting and marketing team that has served clients from over 97 countries
  • Learning the art of persuasion, sales, and personal branding

Candidates should have at least one year of experience managing and scaling Upwork profiles.

The Role:

As our Upwork Specialist, you will drive client acquisition through Upwork, convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, and help build a high-performing sales team.

You should have actual experience closing deals—please share your proof.

You will write compelling proposals that clients will want to work with, and I will provide personal training.

This is a "pioneer role"—your chance to shine and lead sales by the end of 2025.

You should be good at communicating with clients.

Note: This position is Multan-Based, not remote. We are building this team shoulder-to-shoulder.
