Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi Division for a D365 Business Central Technical Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical consulting, support, and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, customizing and configuring Business Central solutions, providing technical support to end-users, and collaborating with the sales team to present technical solutions to potential clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to understand and solve complex business problems
  • Experience in Consulting, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for ERP and CRM systems
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales teams to present technical solutions to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division and travel as needed
  • Prior experience in conducting training sessions for end-users
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
