LOCATION OF POSITION: Lahore, Pakistan

About Your Role

To assist production team to review and follow up varies production related activity at vendor factory. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Visit factory and review production status against actual production at the site. If there is any shortfall in actual production against the approved T&A, talk to factory management, learn the root cause and report to line manager at Kontoor.
  • Spot out any potential problems in production line during factory visit which could cause delay in shipment, such as low production efficiency or supply chain issues, immediately inform factory management and also line manager at Kontoor.
  • To verify that fabrics and trims received by the factory, match the approved swatch and trim card. Address any concerns with the Production Merchandiser and discuss.
  • Check the cutting report and see if factory has done cutting according to order quantity. Raise concerns if short shipment is observed.
  • Assist Production Merchandiser to prepare bi-weekly reports on production status, material, and approval status for calls with the US team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Merchandiser or Supervisor.
What We Will Be Looking For In You

  • Skills:
  • Self motivated and well disciplined to follow LWR SOP.
  • Able to work independently and act proactively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal functions, vendor's Laundry team.
  • Confident with "Can do" attitude.

Experience: Minimum 2 years (Only Denim)

  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Language Proficiency: English and local language fluency in both oral and writing
  • Competency required:
    • Problem-solving skills.
    Academic Qualifications

Minimum Graduate from reputed university.

Specific Working Conditions

Frequency of Travel: 80%
