Position: Merchandising Lead

Brand: Nuomi – Premium Kitchens, Wardrobes & Hardware

Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Merchandising Lead to enhance and standardize Nuomi's brand presence across our dealer network and showroom locations. This role requires a creative professional with merchandising expertise who can translate Nuomi's premium identity into impactful showroom displays, packaging presentation, and in-store branding. The Merchandising Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping how customers experience our products in showrooms and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Merchandising
  • Design, develop, and implement display units, sample racks, POS boards, and shelf tags.
  • Ensure all product displays are neat, engaging, and aligned with Nuomi's premium image.
  • Dealer & Showroom Branding
  • Visit and regularly audit top dealer showrooms to maintain strong Nuomi brand presence.
  • Execute branding and visual display upgrades in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Packaging & Brand Enhancement
  • Suggest improvements in product packaging for better shelf appeal and brand positioning.
  • Plan and execute showroom branding concepts for a cohesive customer experience.
  • Coordination & Execution
  • Work with graphic designers, printers, and vendors to deliver high-quality merchandising materials.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure merchandising supports business growth.
  • Market Research & Innovation
  • Monitor competitor displays and trends to recommend new merchandising techniques.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior and suggest creative visual strategies.
  • Reporting & Tracking
  • Maintain records of showroom branding, dealer visits, and merchandising execution.
  • Share regular progress reports with management on improvements and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG or lifestyle showroom merchandising (kitchens, furniture, home appliances, or premium brands preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of retail visual merchandising standards and display design.
  • Basic design knowledge with ability to brief and coordinate with designers/printers.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and premium brand alignment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally to dealer showrooms as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in interior retail branding or lifestyle showroom design.
  • Knowledge of materials (wood, acrylic, vinyl, printing) for creating displays.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives.
