PLIC provides individual, group life and savings solutions through a vast network of over 10,000 Post Offices and 47 field offices spanning all over Pakistan.

The preferred qualification is a master's degree in Computer Science / MBA (MIS) or a relevant B.E degree. Higher qualifications will be an advantage. As a special case, graduation may be considered if the candidate has exceptional experience and a strong track record.

In the case of candidates with the preferred qualification or equivalent/higher degrees, the experience requirement is 10 years, with at least 5 years in a similar position, preferably in an insurance company. For candidates with a graduation degree, the minimum experience required is 15 years, with at least 5 years in a similar position, preferably in an insurance company.
