Job Overview

The Head IT Operations role is responsible for driving technological innovation, ensuring system stability, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technology Management: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data centers.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technical professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • IT Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in current and emerging technologies, including mobile telephony.
