Toni&Guy North Pakistan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator who can manage daily operations, coordinate marketing and communication activities, and ensure smooth execution of planned campaigns. This role does not require creative input instead, it focuses on efficient coordination, strategy development, stakeholder communication, and process management. The work environment can be fast-paced and occasionally chaotic, around campaign launches and events, so we're looking for someone who thrives on structure, can keep things on track, and remains composed under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain and update marketing and communication calendars, timelines, and trackers.


• Coordinate internal and external communications between marketing, salon teams, vendors, and stakeholders.


• Document and archive all marketing materials, campaign briefs, PR communications, and event-related files.


• Oversee the timely posting and content scheduling for brand social media platforms.


• Serve as the point of contact between the marketing team and internal/external stakeholders.


• Generate monthly reports using Reputation to evaluate public sentiment, identify areas of concern, and highlight positive feedback.


• Ensure all documentation – including reports, campaign briefs, budgets and meeting minutes – are completed, organized and submitted on time.


• Assist in compiling data and reports for marketing reviews.


• Track deliverables from content creators, designers, and vendors, ensuring deadlines are met.


• Help with coordination of salon branding, in-store campaigns, and seasonal launches.


• Provide support to the team by handling administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.


• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role (preferably in retail, beauty, or fashion industry).


• Strong planning, organizational, and follow-through skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.


• Ability to manage timelines, follow up on tasks, and ensure accountability.


• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
